On The “FRINGE” Of A New Discovery

It is no surprise that fringe is one of fall's biggest trends. The swinging accent has been seen all over runways and sported by fashionistas non-stop. This trend is always re-inventing itself and coming back hotter every time!

As introduced in the roaring twenties, fringe was seen on short dresses worn by flappers everywhere. In the 60’s, fringe was worn by hippies and gave a very “boho-chic” feel. It is now seen internationally in various fashion weeks and is predicted to continue into the spring and summer of 2012!

This fall fringe can be worn in multiple ways and gives off a variety of vibes. You can take it from the high-fashion runways to the hallways of your school. Some of the popular items that don the fringe range from accessories to shoes to an entire dress of fringe!

You may want to consider passing up your “boots with the fur” for a new fun style. Designers such as Jeffrey Campbell, Diane von Furstenberg, Gucci, Jimmy Choo and Minnetonka have taken a new twist on the old winter boot.
