This Valentine's Day, whether you're just going to dinner with friends or going out on a romantic date RED is the color. The ruffles in the first marchesa dress remind me of a rose while the second dress is more bold and has actual roses on the shoulders. Depending or where you want the attention focused you can rock either look. You can wear the first dress with a cute pair of heels that are subtle like Jessica Szohr or you can wear a pair of gray booties with your ensemble like Olivia Palermo has done with her outfit.
While red is such a cliche´color for this day, I think red can be worn in so many occasions to make a bold statement. I will personally be wearing a strapless hot pink dress with black tights that have little pink hearts and a pair of flats. As far as accessories, I will keep it at the minimum.
Keep it classy ladies
