This fall it is super trendy to mix up different kinds of patterns that you would think normally wouldn't work together! This is a hard concept to grasp sometimes.
I hope all of you can tell which is the wrong and right way to mix patterns! The plaid pants and floral top could have worked if there was something to tie it all together...wait, just kidding it probably never would have worked! However, Olivia Palmero gets it right with her neutral polka dotted dress and aqua/black cardigan. Don't be afraid to try new things. Just keep in mind that if you plan on mixing patterns, be smart about it! You will be able to tell what is right and what is wrong! Happy mixing patterns everyone.
