Fall Luxe

Maybe it's because the recession is, according to economists, over or maybe it's because of the rise of affordable yet luxurious looking fashion; either way this fall high end looks are all over the runway and the streets. I first noticed this surprising yet wonderful trend while browsing Juicy Couture a couple months back and finding a faux fur vest, a welcome change from their usual brightly colored track suits and tee shirts. Little did I know it would be one of many I would see this season. Not only has fur (real and otherwise) been unusually prominent, so have other luxe materials such as lace, leather, and velvet. There has also been a rising popularity in structured, collared blouses, tights, and ladylike modesty. So my advice is try a few of these trends and present yourself to the world as the incredible stylish, classy woman you are, no look is too lavish this fall!
